We are looking for an accomplished Account Project Manager to join our team and share our spirit – Dare to Innovate. We have a strong entrepreneurial ambition, and our people must be proactive and agile collaborators.

This is a critical role responsible for leading and driving end-to-end project management. An exceptional project manager with a proven ability to oversee complex Beauty projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and successful execution while adhering to brand and retailer guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership and Execution: Serve as the driving force behind all projects, managing timelines, resource allocation, and execution from kickoff to production and in-store implementation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (design, engineering, production, operations) throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring seamless collaboration and adherence to project milestones.
  • Possess a deep understanding of Outform Group's manufacturing and operations processes, enabling effective project planning and execution.
  • Implement robust project management methodologies, tools, and best practices to drive efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
  • Act as the central point of contact for brand clients and retail partners, facilitating clear communication and ensuring alignment throughout the project.

Process Management:

  • Continuously evaluate and optimize internal processes related to project requests, sales estimates, pricing strategies and other critical workflows.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, consistency and transparency.
  • Provide guidance and training to internal teams on process adherence, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience for clients and retail partners.
  • Act as the expert, advising cross-functional teams on industry best practices, retailer guidelines, and visual merchandising trends.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Foster strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels and exploring opportunities for account growth.
  • Collaborate with the EMEA Business Unit Director and US Commercial team to align on project strategies and initiatives.
  • Facilitate communication with retailers on behalf of brand clients and Outform, ensuring alignment with retailer visual merchandising guidelines, timelines, processes, and expectations.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within the Beauty retail display industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and execute complex, cross-functional projects from start to finish.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, matrix environment.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Monday.com), and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented approach.

Package

  • Salary: TBC depending on background and experience.
  • Benefits: 5% company pension contribution, Private healthcare and Medicash plan, DIS insurance, 27 days holiday. Bonus scheme.
