We are now seeking talented Senior Consultants to lead business improvement consulting engagements, develop client relationships, and shape the future of OutForm.
About You

As a Senior Consultant, you will have:
- Over 3 years of industry or consulting experience in utilities, manufacturing, or construction/infrastructure sectors
- Ability to lead and implement complex business change and transformation programs
- Experience managing sub-workstreams and collaborating with senior stakeholders
- Evidence of contributing to business development activities, supporting referrals and new opportunities
- Proven project management skills, including planning, monitoring, and reporting, with analytical insights
- Team management experience, engagement leadership, and supporting multi-functional teams
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills with high empathy
- A highly commercial mindset and interest in business development
- A passion for developing your leadership style and leveraging personal strengths and values
