Role Purpose: As a Senior Consultant, you will lead business improvement and transformation projects across a range of sectors primarily within the infrastructure space from water and energy to transport and beyond. Working closely with ambitious clients, you’ll design and lead change programmes that create real impact, unlock sustainable performance, and build long-lasting value. You’ll develop trusted relationships and contribute to the continued growth and direction of OutForm, all within a collaborative, people-first environment.
