Outer Circle is an AI-native music marketing agency. We work with artists and labels to build campaigns that actually cut through on short-form social — and we're out to disrupt how music marketing gets done.

We're looking for a Head of Distribution to take full ownership of how our content gets distributed across social media. The content is already being made; your job is to make sure it gets posted and performs. This is a role for someone who takes initiative, thrives on responsibility, and wants to run a core part of the business as we grow.

What you'll be doing:

  • Owning the entire distribution operation, from liaising with the content creation team to the moment a post goes live across our account network
  • Managing and supporting our team of account managers, ensuring consistent posting across the network
  • Getting the right content to the right accounts and keeping the pipeline running smoothly
  • Monitoring account health across the network and getting ahead of issues before they become problems
  • Growing and maintaining our network of accounts as we scale

What we're looking for:

  • Extremely organised — you keep a lot of moving parts in sync without dropping anything
  • A great communicator who can coordinate a team and keep everyone aligned
  • Comfortable in a chaotic, fast-moving environment — this is a startup, and no two days look the same
  • Social media savvy, with a real instinct for how platforms and accounts behave
  • Someone who takes initiative — you spot what needs doing and make it happen without waiting to be asked

Nice to haves:

  • Previous social media experience running pages or growing accounts
