About Roamly
At Roamly, we are transition‑engineering the future of autonomous mobility and travel through digital insurance, marketplaces and professional software for autonomous mobility entrepreneurs. We’ve evolved from powering the world’s leading Campervan / Caravan rental marketplace into a vertically integrated mobility ecosystem powering the world of insurance, hospitality and auto, EV and AV sectors. We are looking for strategic, high-growth Product Marketing Managers to own the go‑to‑market strategies for our portfolio of industry‑defining B2B and B2C brands.
You will be dedicated to driving adoption, engagement, and retention for one or more of our core products:
- Wheelbase: The premium fleet management software powering ride sharing, taxi operator and rental businesses globally.
- Roamly: AI first insurance platform that is purpose‑built for the mobility markets, offering specialized insurance for Autos, EVs, AVs, Campervans, RVs, and commercial marketplace insurance.
- Roamly Carshare: Our fast growing specialized vehicle insurance and marketplace solutions.
- Ride.Auto: Our cutting‑edge platform streamlining alternative vehicle transactions in the marketplace economy.
Our Philosophy: Built In‑Person, Powered by AI
We build in person because we have learned this is where ideas collide in real time. In the AI era, hybrid models create a drag coefficient that slows down momentum and dilutes collaboration. We move fast, we iterate constantly, and we do it together under one roof and we work at high velocity. No hours wasted chasing people down on Zoom meetings - it’s all together making decisions fast and with clarity. We are looking for doers, not delegators. We want hardcore, entrepreneurial people with a builder mindset—individuals who treat the product as their own business, thrive on high accountability, and want to build the future of our industry face‑to‑face with their peers. Furthermore, we are looking for candidates who are AI Native. We don't do things the old way. We want AI pioneers who actively use agentic systems and tools to supercharge their workflows, scale output, and fundamentally transform how product marketing activities are executed.
About the Role:
As an AI‑Native Product Marketer at Roamly U.K., you will sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, Operations, and Creative. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will leverage advanced AI workflows alongside sharp human intuition to translate complex product features into compelling, value‑driven narratives. You will own the end‑to‑end go‑to‑market (GTM) strategy, from initial audience research and positioning to launch execution and post‑launch optimization.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Go‑to‑Market Ownership: Develop and execute high‑velocity GTM strategies for new product launches, feature updates, and geographic expansions across the portfolio.
- AI‑Driven Positioning & Messaging: Utilize AI tools to scale, test, and refine clear, differentiated value propositions and messaging frameworks that resonate with our distinct B2B and B2C audiences.
- Customer Insights & Segmentation: Conduct deep market research, competitive analysis, and sentiment analysis—leveraging AI to synthesize user data and uncover customer pain points and buying behaviors faster.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Management to influence the product roadmap, and collaborate directly with Growth Marketing and Creative teams to build high‑converting campaigns.
- Sales & Operations Enablement: Rapidly build and scale impactful sales collateral, case studies, product guides, and training materials to enable our sales and support teams to win.
- Data‑Driven Optimization: Define, monitor, and report on key product marketing metrics (e.g., feature adoption, conversion rates, churn reduction) to continually optimize GTM performance.
Who You Are (Candidate Profile):
- AI Native: You do not believe in doing things the old way. You disagree with the statements, “It has always been done this way, or that is how things are done”. You have a deeply integrated stack of AI tools and methodologies that you use to automate administrative drag, scale asset creation, and analyze data. You are focused on how AI can transform product and marketing activities.
- Founder Mindset: An entrepreneurial, high‑agency individual who takes extreme ownership of their products and outcomes.
- Experience: 4+ years of dedicated Product Marketing experience, ideally within SaaS, marketplace, fintech, or insurtech environments.
- Superb Storytelling: Exceptional communication skills with a knack for turning complex technical features into emotional, benefit‑driven copy—knowing exactly how to co‑pilot with AI to elevate creative output.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable diving into data (SQL, Analytics, custom dashboards, or similar) to extract actionable insights and back up your strategic decisions.
- Strong Collaborator: Ready to collaborate daily and thrive in a high‑energy, high‑velocity environment.
