We believe in creating extraordinary early experiences for children by pioneering outdoor learning in our forest nurseries. As our Senior Nursery Manager, you will be leading our supportive and passionate teams to create our unique outdoor learning environment providing children the opportunity to thrive.
Working closely with a supportive Operations team, your role is designed to focus on delivering our outstanding education.

- You will work with our Lead Educators to deliver our curriculum.

- You will ensure we respond to the needs of the children in line with the EYFS framework.
- You will be able to guide the successful observation and documentation of children's progress, guiding Educators to tailor their approach to individual needs.
- You will work collaboratively across the leadership team.
- You will be able to build strong parent partnerships and lead communication.
