Outdoor Owls, Ltd. is seeking a Nursery Area Manager to oversee two Surrey nurseries (Guildford and Farnham) with a Cobham office, plus remote working.
The role is field-based, 40 hours per week, with a salary up to £45k per annum.
You will support Nursery Managers to deliver outstanding outdoor EYFS practice, drive quality and compliance, lead training and HR conversations, and ensure smooth operations across sites plus involvement in new openings and campaigns.
