Responsibilities & Expectations
- Facilitate outdoor play and learning in all weather.
- Create a safe and inclusive environment where children can be resilient and confident to explore.
- Respond to the needs of the children in line with the EYFS framework.
- Observe and document children’s progress, tailoring activities to meet their individual needs.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a supportive and positive team culture.
- Build strong parent partnerships.
