We believe in creating extraordinary early experiences for children by pioneering outdoor learning in our forest nurseries. As our Nursery Manager at our
Farnham setting you will be leading our supportive and passionate team to create our unique outdoor learning environment providing children the opportunity to thrive.
Working closely with a supportive Operations team your role is designed to focus on the delivering of our owlstanding education.

- Inspire outdoor play and learning in all weather.
- Quality assess nursery camps, giving feedback and coaching.
- Lead the nursery daily operations.
- Work with our Lead Educators to deliver our curriculum.
- Support our Educators and Camp Leads to create a safe and inclusive environment where children can be resilient and confident to explore.
- Ensure we respond to the needs of the children in line with the EYFS framework.
- Guide the successful observation and documentation of children’s progress, guiding Educators to tailor their approach to individual needs.
- Work collaboratively across the leadership team.
- Build strong parent partnerships and lead communication.
