Farnham setting you will be leading our supportive and passionate team to create our unique outdoor learning environment providing children the opportunity to thrive.
Working closely with a supportive Operations team your role is designed to focus on the delivering of our owlstanding education.

- Lead the nursery daily operations.
- Work with our Lead Educators to deliver our curriculum.

- Ensure we respond to the needs of the children in line with the EYFS framework.
- Guide the successful observation and documentation of children’s progress, guiding Educators to tailor their approach to individual needs.
- Work collaboratively across the leadership team.
- Build strong parent partnerships and lead communication.
