Hybrid Role (working across our sites in Surrey, remotely, and from our office space in Cobham)

40 Hours a Week (flexible working hours between 7am-6pm)

We believe in creating extraordinary early experiences for children by pioneering outdoor learning in our forest nurseries. As our Operations Coordinator, you will be joining a dynamic, fast‑paced Operations team with opportunities to grow.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting educator recruitment processes, including screening interviews and coordinating interview stages
  • Managing educator onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience for all team members
  • Supporting internal team administration, including documentation, records, and compliance‑related tasks on our HR platform
  • Handling customer admin processes to support bookings, events, and nursery enquiries
  • Supporting showarounds for prospective families, ensuring a high‑quality first impression of our settings
  • Coordinating our holiday camp booking system and inbox to ensure accurate bookings, registers, and customer information
  • Providing general nursery cover and operational support across sites as required
