Lead Early Years Educator in Cobham

We believe in creating extraordinary early experiences for children by pioneering outdoor learning in our forest nurseries. As a Lead Educator you will be leading our supportive and passionate team to create our unique outdoor learning environment providing children the opportunity to thrive.

• You will be able to inspire outdoor play and learning in all weather.

• You will work closely with Camp Leads and the Nursery Manager to ensure high standards of care and educational experiences.

• You will support our Educators to create a safe and inclusive environment where children can be resilient and confident to explore.

• You will ensure we respond to the needs of the children in line with the EYFS framework.

• You will be able to observe and document children’s progress, guiding Educators to tailor their approach to individual needs.

• You will support the nursery to deliver high quality termly reports.

• You will champion our unique outdoor curriculum supporting Educators with delivery and impact.

• You will work collaboratively across the leadership team and other camps.

• You will support with the training and onboarding of new Educators.

• You will create training content for the wider team to improve practice.

• You will be able to build strong parent partnerships and lead communication.
