We believe in creating extraordinary early experiences for children by pioneering outdoor learning in our forest nurseries. As a Lead Educator you will be leading our supportive and passionate team to create our unique outdoor learning environment providing children the opportunity to thrive.

You will be able to inspire outdoor play and learning in all weather.

You will work closely with Camp Leads and the Nursery Manager to ensure high standards of care and educational experiences.

You will support our Educators to create a safe and inclusive environment where children can be resilient and confident to explore.

You will ensure we respond to the needs of the children in line with the EYFS framework.

You will be able to observe and document children’s progress, guiding Educators to tailor their approach to individual needs.

You will support the nursery to deliver high quality termly reports.

You will champion our unique outdoor curriculum supporting Educators with delivery and impact.

You will work collaboratively across the leadership team and other camps.

You will support with the training and onboarding of new Educators.

You will create training content for the wider team to improve practice.

You will be able to build strong parent partnerships and lead communication.
