Outdoor Nursery Edinburgh is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic early years professional to join our team. We are an established 46-place nursery with excellent indoor and outdoor facilities, including access to local woodlands, where children experience the full benefits of outdoor learning. Our mission is to inspire young minds through nature, helping them develop essential life skills. This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly, long-standing team, highly valued by a dedicated and experienced management group. Requirements:
- Experience in an early years setting (nursery or school-based).
- A relevant qualification (SVQ Level 3 or 4, HNC, GTC registration, or equivalent) or a willingness to work towards one.
- A positive outlook and a collaborative team spirit.
- Ability to support the individual needs of children, indoors and outdoors, while fostering their learning.
- Commitment to meeting standards set by the Care Inspectorate and Scottish Government.
- Ability to follow the curriculum and manage required paperwork.
- Expectation to join the SSSC within 3 months of starting your role with us.

The role is available as soon as the right candidate is found. The position offers flexible hours, Monday to Friday on a rota basis, with potential for adjustment to suit the right person.
Salary: £12.50 - £13.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. All offers are subject to a successful PVG, reference and right to work checks.
