We’re hiring Snow Sports Sales Assistants to:
- Share your passion and give friendly, expert advice on ski and snowboard boots
- Learn and carry out full boot fittings with our hands-on training
- Make every customer’s visit feel like a step closer to the mountains
- Be available to work across the week, with flexibility over seven days to support our busiest season

We’re looking for a Snow Sports Sales Assistant to help every customer get the best possible fit and experience on the slopes. From beginners buying their first pair of boots to seasoned skiers fine-tuning their set-up, you’ll help them feel confident, comfortable, and ready to enjoy their time on the mountain.
As part of our store team, you’ll work with people who share your love of the outdoors and winter sports. Day-to-day, you can expect to:
- Deliver a standout experience by listening to customers and helping them choose the right boots
- Carry out full ski and snowboard boot fittings - assessing foot shape, skiing style and ability to recommend the best option
- Explain the fitting process clearly so customers know what to expect and feel confident in their choice
- Take pride in the store and create a welcoming environment for every visitor
- Work flexibly, with weekend shifts included, to support customers when they need us most
We’re looking for someone who:
- Loves skiing, snowboarding, or winter sports
- Enjoys helping people and providing great customer service
- Can communicate clearly and confidently with different kinds of people
- Is eager to learn new skills (experience fitting boots or shoes is a bonus, but not essential)
This is a fixed-term role until February 2026, working 20 hours per week.
