Come and join one of the UK’s largest outdoor retailers, Outdoor & Cycle Concepts , as our Customer Care Supervisor. As part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts Group, Cotswold Outdoor collaborates with Runners Need and Snow + Rock to support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and top-tier products, all while promoting sustainability.

Please note this role is 40 hours per week. You will be required to work 1 in 3 weekends which will be working from home.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Manage the day-to-day workload of the Customer Care department.
  • Drive the team to exceed targets.
  • Identify and log continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Engage with the team to create a positive department atmosphere.
  • Maintain awareness of department activities and performance.
  • Report on daily performance and track issues hourly.
