What You’ll Do

1. Operational Support: Assist with key processes such as inventory, stock audits, and banking.
2. Leadership: Partner with the Store Manager to inspire and manage a team of outdoor enthusiasts.
3. Premium Customer Service: Act as a role model by delivering exceptional service and helping customers find their perfect gear.
4. Sales & Visual Excellence: Support seasonal promotions and ensure the store meets high visual merchandising standards.
5. Stand-In Leadership: Take charge of the team and store in the Store Manager’s absence.

What You’ll Bring

1. Experience: A proven track record in retail management, ideally in outdoor, apparel, or footwear sectors.
2. Leadership Skills: The ability to motivate and coach a team to achieve success.
