Key responsibilities: Support pupils individually and in groups with literacy, numeracy, communication, and social skills Assist teachers with planning and delivering lessons and activities Implement positive behaviour strategies and maintain a calm classroom environment Prepare resources and support trips and school activities Maintain records of pupil progress and behaviour Supervise pupils during breaks and lunch Who We’re Looking For We are seeking calm, compassionate, and proactive individuals committed to supporting pupils with autism and complex needs.
