Job Title: Regional Director
Location: National – remote with travel across the UK
Contract: Permanent, 52 weeks per year
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Up to £110,00 per annum dependent on experience and location
Car Allowance: £4500
Bonus: Performance Related Bonus
About the Role
Acorn Education are looking for a Regional Director. As Regional Director you will be accountable for a portfolio of schools within the division, alongside other Regional Directors supporting our leading services across the UK.
This role has significant strategic and operational responsibility and is charged with ensuring that schools deliver all elements of performance as specified in the school(s) development plans, budget and group-wide expectations. This role includes the maintenance and improvement of quality, staff retention and well-being, financial performance, sustainability, and growth.
You will lead change initiatives, raise standards and work within a multisite environment to ensure we continue to deliver excellent outcomes for the pupils we look after.
Who we are looking for?
As a results driven, committed professional, you will be able to demonstrate significant improvement in delivering services in your sector. You will have the ability to motivate and develop colleagues, sometimes remotely, to ensure you create stable and supported teams where members feel engaged and confident in their roles. You will be able to demonstrate strong performance management capabilities that will enable the delivery of our group strategy, as well as have experience in managing budgets and achieving financial targets. You must have a sense of energy, pace, purpose and commitment.
You will have extensive experience in a senior, strategic management role. A solid understanding of regulated environments is desirable, but not essential, and you must have demonstrated success in a regional/multisite role. You will be commercially aware and able to demonstrate the ability to grow the business.
