  • Lead and manage high-quality SEN provision across the classroom, including 1:1 support, small group interventions and differentiated learning strategies
  • Oversee, deploy and support staff effectively to maximise the impact of SEN provision
  • Monitor, evaluate and report on the effectiveness of SEN support to SLT and governors
  • Work collaboratively with external professionals to secure the best outcomes for pupils

The successful candidate will be passionate about teaching and learning and will have the ability to develop secure relationships with our pupils and develop staff in a team which prides itself as being collaborative and supportive.

Groveside School is a Brand-New Special Educational Needs School for Pupils 7 - 16 years old with Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs. Our school opened in September 2024 and will cater for 60 pupils.
