Job Title: Primary Teacher
Location: Lamledge School, Shifnal TF11 8SD
Salary: Up to ÂŁ44,000 per annum depending on experience (not pro rata)
Hours: 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent | Term Time Only

About the Role
This is a rewarding opportunity to deliver a highly bespoke, therapeutic curriculum to pupils with a diverse range of needs, including Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH), Autism (ASC), and developmental differences.
Youâll shape learning experiences that go far beyond traditional teaching â crafting lessons that are engaging, nurturing, and completely tailored to each pupilâs EHCP and developmental stage. From fostering emotional wellbeing to celebrating academic progress, youâll play a pivotal role in helping every child thrive.

Key Responsibilities
Delivering high-quality teaching to pupils aged 7+ working at EYFS to KS2 levels
Planning engaging, individualised lessons across the core curriculum
Tracking and evidencing pupil work, monitoring progress, and celebrating success
Providing thoughtful marking, feedback, and support to drive development
Managing individual timetables to ensure needs are met every day
Drafting, reviewing, and updating Individual Learning Plans (ILPs)
Attending EHCP reviews and producing clear, detailed progress reports
Working closely with support staff, therapists, and families to create a holistic, joined-up approach
Taking on additional responsibilities as requested by the Head of School
Who We\âre Looking For:
UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and experience teaching pupils with
Experience delivering teaching across EYFS â KS2 developmental levels
Confident in using a range of teaching strategies to engage and inspire pupils
Committed to promoting pupil voice, safety, and wellbeing
Adaptable, organised, and a team player with excellent communication skills
