The therapist will actively participate in multidisciplinary meetings to ensure coordinated care for children and young people with complex needs.
You will be working as part of our online school integration service, Momenta 360, supporting children and young people with SEMH, SEN and Neurodiversity to reach their full potential in their learning and home settings.
