This is a three-month fixed-term contract to support an immediate business need. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and working closely with the wider marketing team, you’ll play a key role in coordinating and delivering campaigns and content that help raise brand awareness, engage stakeholders, and support the organisation’s growth. The role requires someone who can effectively manage multiple projects at once and thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, events, and offline channels.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing plans that align with brand and organisational objectives.
  • Develop engaging content for websites, case studies, and social media.
  • Collaborate with external agencies (e.g. creative, digital) and internal teams to coordinate marketing activity.
  • Help coordinate marketing efforts for new school and service launches, ensuring brand consistency and visibility.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and optimisation of our websites and digital presence.
  • Assist with marketing materials and event coordination to support business development.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights through reporting and analysis.
  • Help uphold brand guidelines across all communications and touchpoints.
  • Provide general marketing support across projects and administrative tasks as required.

Who We’re Looking For
You’re a motivated and organised team player who’s eager to contribute to meaningful work. You’re comfortable working across a range of marketing channels, managing multiple tasks at once, and collaborating with colleagues from different teams. You have strong attention to detail, stay on top of deadlines, and can confidently take ownership of smaller projects when needed. You’re also able to work independently and adapt quickly in a busy environment.

Essential

  • Experience working in a marketing role (agency or in-house).
  • Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for tone and audience.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
  • Experience supporting campaigns or projects across multiple channels.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from others.
  • Basic knowledge of image editing or design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe).

Desirable

  • Understanding of campaign performance reporting, analytics tools, and social media management platforms (e.g., Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite).
  • Experience in education, healthcare, or a similar values-led sector.
