Position: Primary SEN Teacher (Maternity Cover)

Hours: 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 8:00am - 4:00pm

Contract: Fixed Term | Term Time Only

You won’t just be teaching; you’ll be shaping brighter futures. As part of our caring, trauma-informed school community, you’ll support pupils across the primary phase, helping them grow in confidence, self-belief and academic achievement.

  • Develop and implement individual education and behaviour plans.
  • Collaborate with Learning Support Assistants and care staff to support student learning.
  • Manage challenging behaviour and promote self-regulation.
  • Contribute to school development initiatives and continuous improvement.

Experience teaching students with additional or complex needs (preferred).

Secondary English specialism.

Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
