Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum (dependant on experience, not pro rata)
Hours: 40 hours per week | Monday-Friday
Rota: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 8:00am-4:00pm | Tuesday 8am - 4.30pm | Friday 8:00am-3:30pm

About the RoleAs an SEN Primary Teacher, you will deliver a creative and flexible curriculum with a strong therapeutic and trauma-informed approach. You will plan, assess, and deliver learning across all subjects, focusing on practical, engaging lessons that support both personal and academic development.
- Deliver high-quality, individualised teaching for pupils with autism and associated needs
- Adapt lesson plans to meet a wide range of learning abilities and EHCP requirements
- Set high expectations to inspire, motivate, and challenge pupils
- Promote progress and outcomes in both academic and social development
- Collaborate with therapists, support staff, and families to achieve the best outcomes
You will also play an active role in the wider school community, supporting safeguarding, daily operations, and school development initiatives.
