What You’ll Do Lead an SEN/SEMH school with vision, compassion, and ambition Build a culture where wellbeing and learning progress go hand in hand Empower a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised, pupil-centred education Ensure operational excellence, safeguarding, and compliance from day one Who We’re Looking For Experienced Headteacher or Deputy in SEN/SEMH, specialist or alternative provision Knowledge of trauma-informed practice, behaviour as communication, and complex needs Strong understanding of Ofsted frameworks for specialist settings Budget and resource management experience Relevant teaching qualification Why Join Outcomes First Group?
