Overview
Job Title: Facilities Manager
Location: Penny Tree School, Birmingham B30 3ES
Salary: Up to £30,000.00 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only

At Outcomes First Group, we support a 4-Day Working Week (4DWW) trial where you can work one day less each week (or equivalent hours) while receiving full-time pay. Some of our schools have already introduced 4DWW and others plan to roll it out as staffing progresses.
About Us: Our Penny Tree School will have capacity for 60 pupils and is expected to open in the near future. Options Autism has provided care and education to pupils and adults with autism, complex needs and learning difficulties for over 16 years. Role purpose
The successful candidate will lead maintenance and health and safety across the school. You will solve problems independently, maintain high standards, lead the facilities department, deliver training, and ensure our practice remains outstanding. You will work accurately in accordance with Outcomes First Group health and safety policies and procedures.

- Contribute to the development of the new school and support its ongoing setup.
