We are looking for an EYFS Lead for our New Options Autism School, Meadows View School in Stamford, Lincolnshire.

  • EYFS Lead
  • Meadows View School, Stamford, PE9 2JL
  • 30,000 per annum (not pro rata)
  • 37.5 hours per week; Monday to Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm
  • Permanent, Term Time only

About the role

This is a great opportunity for a EFYS Leads who is keen to develop creative learning opportunities for pupils with varied and complex needs. Your work will be challenging and rewarding in equal measure, and you will be working in a school where we maintain a strong safeguarding culture, where pupils are listened to, respected and involved in as many decisions as possible.

  • Deliver engaging and effective teaching and learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that supports children\’s learning and development.
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with parents/carers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and implement a rich and varied curriculum.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
  • Be passionate about early childhood education and committed to supporting every child\’s potential.
  • Previous experience (highly desirable)

About us

Our New Options Autism School is a specialist school caters for young people aged 5-11 with complex communication needs, autism and associated learning and emotional needs. The school has capacity for 25 pupils and opened in Easter 2025.

For over 16 years Options Autism have provided care and education to pupils, young people and adults with autism, complex needs and learning difficulties. We are a leading provider of education for neurodivergent young people and young adults.
