Baston House School is seeking a passionate, creative, and reflective SEN Maths Teacher to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver maths in a way that builds confidence, curiosity, and real-world skills for students with special educational needs.

As SEN Maths Teacher, you will deliver high-quality, inclusive maths education tailored to individual needs. You’ll work collaboratively with teaching colleagues, Learning Support Assistants, care staff, and families to ensure consistent, joined-up support. - Plan, deliver, and adapt Maths lessons for individuals and small groups to meet varied needs
- Develop schemes of work, learning modules, and Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
- Provide guidance to Learning Support Assistants and support staff for effective lesson delivery
- Support whole-school priorities, contribute to the School Development Plan, and implement policies consistently
- Stay up to date with developments in Maths, SEN practice, and wider educational approaches
