As part of our continued growth in service, we are looking for an experienced School Administrator to join our new school, Manor Wood School. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the school and contributing to a positive environment for staff and students.
About the Role
As our School Administrator, youâll play a vital part in keeping our SEN school running smoothly, ensuring staff, pupils and families feel supported from the moment they connect with us. In this varied and rewarding role, youâll provide high-quality, confidential administrative support that helps create the calm, organised and nurturing environment our students need to thrive.
Youâll be the backbone of our school officeâmanaging records with accuracy, responding to queries with warmth and professionalism, and helping staff with essential day-to-day tasks. Whether youâre coordinating paperwork, supporting meetings, or assisting with the unexpected challenges that can arise in a busy SEN setting, youâll approach every task with flexibility, empathy and a commitment to putting pupils first.
Working closely with the wider Administration Team, youâll help ensure we meet safeguarding, data protection and regulatory requirementsâalways upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and care. As part of a dedicated school community, youâll play a meaningful role in supporting our studentsâ education and wellbeing.

Our new Acorn School â Manor Wood School in Bishopsworth, Bristol has a capacity for 80 pupils and opened in May 2025. The school is a co-educational provision for pupils with complex needs including SEMH.
