Teacher of Design and Food Technology - Full-time in Beckenham

Baston House School is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Design & Food Technology Teacher to join our vibrant, supportive team. This is your chance to make a real difference by helping pupils develop practical skills, confidence, and a love of learning.

You will deliver exciting lessons that encourage pupils to explore, experiment, and create whether in smart materials, CAD/CAM, graphics, textiles, resistant materials, electronics, photography, or animation. • Deliver practical, engaging, and inspiring lessons that bring Design & Food Technology to life
• Develop creative resources and activities tailored to pupils' individual needs
• Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
• Participate in ongoing professional development and share ideas within the team
• Promote Baston House as a hub of creativity, professionalism, and care

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required. Experience teaching autistic or SEN pupils is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be creative, adaptable, and passionate about inspiring young people. They should be collaborative, supportive, and committed to fostering an inclusive school environment, dedicated to helping pupils achieve their full potential.
