Job Description
Job Title: Bank Support Worker
Location: Wressle, nr Broughton, Lincolnshire
Salary: £12.50 per hour
Hours: Flexible, Bank Contract
Essential: UK Applicants only. This role does not offer sponsorship. We cannot accept 20 hour student visa restrictions and you are to have at least 1 year left on their visa to expiry
Public transport to the site can be issue so a Driving Licence and your own vehicle is highly desirable.**
The Opportunity
As a member of our bank team you will be able to choose the hours which suit you the best and keep free any time you wish to block off for family or personal reasons! Also, if you do ever see a permanent position that you wish to pick up you will be in the best position to take advantage of it!
Some of your duties would be as follows
- Supporting the occupants to appointments and activities such as shopping or trips out
- Completing relevant paperwork
- Undertaking household tasks
- Engage our occupants in tasks and activities

The Location
Watermill is a specialist service, rated CQC Outstanding, which offers high quality support for adults with autism, complex needs and/or learning disabilities.
Your work will be challenging and rewarding in equal measure. Working in an environment where we maintain a strong safeguarding culture, individuals are listened to, respected, and involved in as many decisions as possible.
We are based in Wressle and are within commutable distance of Scunthorpe, Brigg, Winterton and surrounding villages and towns.
