We're taking part in a trial of the 4-Day Working Week, meaning that you could be working one day less a week (or equivalent). If the trial is a success, we'll be rolling the 4DWW out across the Group so there's never been a more exciting time to join #teamOFG!

Salary: £25,000 per annum

Location: New Barn School, Newbury, Berkshire, RG20 8HZ

Contract: Permanent; Term Time only

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

As part of our continued growth in service, we are looking for a SENCo Assistant to join our amazing team at New Barn School in Newbury, Berkshire.

About the role:

  • To support the SENCos and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) in various aspects of the school's administrative obligations and requirements.
  • Particular focus on communication with local authorities and administration of annual reviews of EHCPs.
  • Travel arrangements and administration of intervention and tracking of vulnerable young people.
