OUTCO is seeking a proactive, hands-on IT professional to support the IT Support Team Lead. This role plays a key part in supporting OUTCO businesses, maintaining OUTCO IT policies, and helping users with IT issues across multiple verticals.
The ideal candidate will be technically strong, organised, confident working across multiple sites and businesses, and comfortable managing a mix of integration tasks and day-to-day operational support as well as learning and supporting OUTCO’s core systems.
