We’re looking for a commercially sharp, detail-oriented Commercial Manager to support our Chief Commercial Officer and drive commercial discipline, margin protection and risk management across a fast-growing, multi-division business. This is a high-impact role with exposure across sales, operations and leadership, ideal for someone who thrives on structure, control and commercial performance in a scaling environment.

The Opportunity

  • Owning the end-to-end contract lifecycle, from review and negotiation through to compliance and ongoing management
  • Driving commercial governance and control, ensuring consistency and risk mitigation across the group
  • Leading supply chain management and optimisation, improving cost efficiency and supplier performance
  • Supporting pricing discipline and margin protection across all divisions
  • Providing commercial insight and reporting to support decision-making and performance improvement
