OUTCO is seeking a proactive, hands-on IT professional to support the IT Support Team Lead. This role plays a key part in supporting OUTCO businesses, maintaining OUTCO IT policies, and helping users with IT issues across multiple verticals.
The ideal candidate will be technically strong, organised, confident working across multiple sites and businesses, and comfortable managing a mix of integration tasks and day-to-day operational support as well as learning and supporting OUTCO’s core systems including Dynamics 365.
Location: Hybrid: Remote (WFH), Leatherhead Office and occasional office visits required
Reports to: IT Support Team Lead
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st/2nd line support.
- Organise logistics and maintain track of OUTCO assets.
- Enrol new and current hardware into Intune and maintain device compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and telephony incidents.
- Assist with rollout and standardisation of OUTCO platforms and devices.
- Maintain clear documentation for integrations, site setups, and key systems.
- Support user education and adoption of OUTCO processes.
Project Support & Continuous Improvement
- Support IT projects across infrastructure, security, applications, and operations.
- Identify improvement opportunities and help implement more efficient IT processes.
- Take ownership of delegated workstreams and deliver them end-to-end.
- Assist with any other activities required by the IT team to ensure the efficient delivery of IT services and support to the business.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a broad, hands-on IT support/infrastructure role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments (M365, Windows, Azure AD/Entra, Intune or similar).
- Experience supporting multi-site organisations or distributed user bases.
- Practical understanding of IT security, policy implementation, and standardisation.
- Ability to manage and deliver small-to-mid sized IT workstreams independently.
- Full UK driving licence.

- Experience in supporting and migrating Sage accounts packages.
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365, 3CX, or similar CRM & telephony systems.
- Good understanding of network design and troubleshooting across sites.
- IT-related qualification (college diploma, HNC/HND, degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent practical experience).
- ITIL Foundation certification (desirable).
- Microsoft and/or CompTIA certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, Azure Fundamentals, or Endpoint Administrator Associate.
