Our Grounds Maintenance Services division specialises in commercial landscape management and is delivered across the UK. Our business is continually growing and as a result of this expansion we are looking for two Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join us immediately.
The ideal candidate will be able to apply exemplary customer service/satisfaction, innovation and achieving a positive commercial impact, which are the cornerstones of our business.
THE ROLE
- Grass cutting, hedge trimming, and general upkeep of landscaped areas
- Shrub bed maintenance, fertilising, and plant care
- Weed control and knapsack works
- Fence repair, slabbing and cold lay potholes
- Using hand tools and powered horticultural machinery safely and efficiently when necessary
- Working as part of a mobile team to ensure sites remain clean, safe, and well-presented
- Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
ABOUT YOU
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- A full UK driving licence (B+E entitlement is desirable but not essential)
- Skills, knowledge and/or training in horticulture (desirable but not essential)
- Skills, knowledge and/or certification in general landscaping tasks such as planting, turfing and installation of hard surfaces (desirable but not essential)
