Grounds Maintenance Operative – INEOS O&P, Grangemouth

Our Grounds Maintenance Services division specialises in commercial landscape management and is delivered across the UK. Our business is continually growing and as a result of this expansion we are looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join us from 18 th August 2025 on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will be able to apply e xemplary customer service/satisfaction, innovation and achieving a positive commercial impact, which are the cornerstones of our business.

THE ROLE

Duties will include:

  • Grass cutting, hedge trimming, and general upkeep of landscaped areas
  • Shrub bed maintenance, fertilising, and plant care
  • Weed control and knapsack works
  • Using hand tools and powered horticultural machinery safely and efficiently when necessary
  • Working as part of a mobile team to ensure sites remain clean, safe, and well-presented
  • Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

ABOUT YOU

  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • A full UK driving licence (B+E entitlement is desirable but not essential)
  • Skills, knowledge and/or training in horticulture (desirable but not essential)
  • Skills, knowledge and/or certification in general landscaping tasks such as planting, turfing and installation of hard surfaces (desirable but not essential)
