OUTCO is a market leader in outdoor estate management, delivering essential civil engineering and reactive works across the UK. We are looking for a results-driven Civils & Reactive Works Manager to take ownership of our small civils and reactive works projects, while driving new business through effective estimating and client engagement.
THE ROLE
- Manage end-to-end delivery of small-scale civils and reactive works
- Prepare detailed and accurate estimates and quotations for new projects
- Support business growth through identifying and converting sales opportunities
- Oversee teams of operatives and subcontractors on live sites
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures
- Use company systems to maintain accurate records, pricing, and reporting
- Deliver KPI's and key customer satisfaction scores by ensuring customers' requirements are achieved
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience in civils, infrastructure, or reactive maintenance
- Strong estimating skills and commercial awareness
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving licence
- Good IT skills, confident user of CRM systems, MS Office and able to use web-based systems
- Can demonstrate success in improved service delivery and customer satisfaction
