Outbox Recruitment is hiring on behalf of our client for experienced HGV Class 1 Tramping Drivers. This is a structured 2-week tramping role offering consistent work, strong weekly earnings, and primarily fridge work.
What You’ll Earn
- £850 per week
- Meal allowance paid £26.10 per night out
- Consistent weekly income
- Additional earnings from nights out
Working Pattern
- 2-week tramping rotation:
- 5 days on, 1 day off
- Minimum 24-hour break back at base
- Then 6 days on
- Compensation provided for returning to base/home
- Day and night shifts available
The Work
- Fridge work (approx. 95%)
- Deliveries to RDCs and occasional supermarket sites
- Occasional self-tip work
- Long-distance trunking and delivery routes
Requirements
- Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) licence
- Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card
- Fridge experience essential
- Maximum 6 points (no major endorsements)
- Reliable and professional attitude
