Outbox Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established warehouse and distribution business looking to add an experienced Forklift Driver to its growing team.
This is a permanent opportunity offering stable hours, long-term job security, and a varied warehouse role.

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 10:30am – 7:00pm
- Occasional holiday cover for alternative shifts when required
The Role
You’ll be responsible for keeping the warehouse running efficiently by:
- Operating a forklift safely and efficiently
- Moving oversized pallets
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Picking and preparing customer orders
- Reading and creating orders accurately
- Moving vehicles around the yard for loading
- Keeping the warehouse and yard clean and organised
- Carrying out manual handling when required
- Completing daily equipment checks
- Following all health and safety procedures
What You’ll Need
- Valid Forklift Licence (essential)
- At least 2 years’ warehouse experience
- Good attention to detail
- Strong reading and numeracy skills
- Reliable and hardworking attitude
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
Desirable Experience
- Counterbalance forklift experience
- Experience moving HGV vehicles around a yard
- Flexibility to cover additional shifts when required
