Experienced Property Manager Wanted
Outbox Recruitment is hiring on behalf of our client for an organised and proactive Property Manager to join a busy and friendly property management team based in Stockport. This is a varied, fast-paced role suited to someone with previous property management or lettings experience who can confidently manage maintenance issues, inspections, inventories, and tenant communication. Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
- 1-hour lunch break
- Every other Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm
The Role
- Coordinating day-to-day property maintenance
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Processing invoices and maintenance administration
- Carrying out mid-tenancy inspections
- Preparing inventory and schedule of condition reports
- Conducting property check-outs
- Managing deposit negotiations and dispute resolutions
What You’ll Need
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Property Management, Lettings, or a similar role
- Full UK driving licence
- Access to your own vehicle for work purposes
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage a busy workload independently
