Experienced Property Manager Wanted

Outbox Recruitment is hiring on behalf of our client for an organised and proactive Property Manager to join a busy and friendly property management team based in Stockport. This is a varied, fast-paced role suited to someone with previous property management or lettings experience who can confidently manage maintenance issues, inspections, inventories, and tenant communication. If you enjoy working in a professional environment where no two days are the same, this is an excellent long-term opportunity.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
  • 1-hour lunch break
  • Every other Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm

The Role

  • Coordinating day-to-day property maintenance
  • Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
  • Processing invoices and maintenance administration
  • Carrying out mid-tenancy inspections
  • Preparing inventory and schedule of condition reports
  • Conducting property check-outs
  • Managing deposit negotiations and dispute resolutions

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Property Management, Lettings, or a similar role
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Access to your own vehicle for work purposes
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage a busy workload independently
  • Professional and proactive attitude
