This is your opportunity to join a fast‑growing IT solutions provider at the ground floor of its brand‑new Sales Academy. You’ll receive 12 months of structured training, hands‑on experience, mentoring from high‑performing sales leaders and a clear pathway into a full quota‑carrying IT Sales Executive role.
How the Academy Works
- Months 1–3: Training, shadowing & foundations
- Months 3–6: Technical enablement & certifications
- Months 6–9: Running supported sales cycles
- Months 9–12: Managing your own territory & targets
Throughout the year you’ll have:
- One to one coaching
- Mentoring from experienced sales professionals

- Deal clinics & pipeline reviews
At the end of the academy, you’ll graduate into a full SMB Account Executive role with real earning potential and a clear pathway to grow your career.
Main duties:
- Profiling of new SMB and commercial accounts to understand the share of wallet opportunity
- Identification and qualification of leads
- Drive revenue growth through effective account management through consultative approach
- Upsell and cross-sell IT solutions within the client portfolio and existing technology partners
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and service teams to design solutions
- Pipeline & forecast management by maintaining accurate reporting, via the companies CRM
- Achieve or exceed assigned revenue, margin, and growth targets
