You’ll receive 12 months of structured training, hands‑on experience, mentoring from high‑performing sales leaders and a clear pathway into a full quota‑carrying IT Sales Executive role.

  • Months 1–3: Training, shadowing & foundations
  • Months 6–9: Running supported sales cycles
  • One to one coaching
  • Mentoring from experienced sales professionals

At the end of the academy, you’ll graduate into a full SMB Account Executive role with real earning potential and a clear pathway to grow your career.

Responsibilities:

  • Profiling of new SMB and commercial accounts to understand the share of wallet opportunity
  • Drive revenue growth through effective account management through consultative approach
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and service teams to design solutions
  • Pipeline & forecast management by maintaining accurate reporting, via the companies CRM

Requirements:

  • Motivated and hungry to build a career in sales - experience in IT sales is beneficial but not essential
  • Confident communicating with people - excellent at building strong relationships
  • Curious about technology and how it helps businesses
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM applications
