About Outbound Partners:

We’re a performance-based outsourced SDR agency helping high-growth B2B tech companies break through the noise and land qualified meetings. Our model is simple: we drive outbound that works. Our clients include VC-backed startups and global enterprises globally.

We’ve built a strong foundation in new business and client acquisition, now we’re scaling delivery and performance. This is where you come in.

The Role:

We’re hiring a hands-on SDR Manager to lead and coach our global SDR team while also staying on the phones. You’ll drive results, raise the standard, and be a key part of our next phase of growth.

You’ll be part coach, part player, improving performance across the team while leading from the front.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and coach a global team of SDRs (currently 5+ reps)

• Own daily standups, call reviews, and 1-2-1s

• Track and drive performance KPIs (dials, booked, seen, show rate, etc.)

• Identify low performance early and intervene

• Stay hands-on with outbound: cold calling, LinkedIn, email

• Lead by example, book meetings and show the team how it’s done

• Support onboarding of new clients and reps

• Report weekly to leadership on performance, issues, and insights

• Collaborate with our COO and Co-Founders to scale process, reporting, and delivery quality

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5+ years experience in SDR leadership, team lead, or player-coach role

• Proven success in outbound sales (agency or in-house)

• Confident cold caller and skilled in objection handling

• Strong with data, reporting, and team management

• Comfortable in a fast-moving, results-focused environment

• Clear communicator who leads from the front

• Remote-based in EMEA time zone

What You’ll Get:

• Fully remote role

• Opportunity to shape a high-performing SDR team from the ground up

• Competitive salary + performance-based commission

• High visibility and ownership in a scaling business

• Work directly with founders and leadership team
