Outback Organics is looking for an enthusiastic, skilled and engaging Waxing Educator to represent our professional waxing brand, deliver exceptional training and inspire the next generation of waxing professionals.

THE ROLE
You’ll play a key role in delivering and developing the Outback Organics training experience, from foundational waxing courses through to advanced and specialist masterclasses.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering professional waxing education – teaching beginner, specialist and advanced waxing courses, including full-body, facial, intimate and specialist waxing techniques.
- Developing specialist masterclasses – helping us expand our course portfolio with advanced technique and premium training experiences.
- Demonstrating exceptional technique – showcasing Outback Organics techniques, salon-ready waxing skills, with a strong focus on treatment quality, efficiency, client comfort and best practice.
- Inspiring and supporting students – creating a positive, encouraging learning environment where therapists can build confidence, refine their skills and achieve outstanding results.
- Representing the Outback Organics brand – sharing your product knowledge and demonstrating how to get the best results from our professional waxing range.
- Creating engaging content – appearing in and contributing to educational videos, waxing tutorials, product demonstrations, social media reels and behind-the-scenes content for our digital channels.
- Supporting our Training Academy development – helping shape course materials, training resources and the overall student experience as we grow our academy.
- Championing the industry – sharing knowledge, promoting professional standards and building relationships with therapists, salons and the wider beauty community.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a confident waxing specialist with the technical ability, personality and passion to make a real impact.
- A recognised beauty therapy qualification, ideally NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
- Extensive practical experience in professional waxing, with a genuine specialism in delivering high-quality waxing treatments.
- Strong knowledge of intimate waxing, with the confidence to teach advanced techniques to professional therapists.
- Excellent practical demonstration skills and the ability to explain techniques clearly and confidently.
- A warm, approachable teaching style that puts students at ease while maintaining high professional standards.
- A genuine passion for education, developing other therapists and helping people grow in confidence.
- Confidence in front of a camera and a willingness to feature in social media and video content.
- A professional, reliable and enthusiastic approach with pride in representing a premium professional beauty brand.
- A Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience delivering professional waxing training or specialist masterclasses.
- A strong understanding of different professional wax systems and product applications.
- Experience creating social media content, filming tutorials or presenting educational videos.
