Out of Nothing® are looking for a world-class Account Manager to join our Client Services team in the heart of Winchester. Our Account Managers don’t just manage projects; they act as trusted advisors to our clients, helping brand owners tell their stories and solve their toughest business challenges.
The role:
- You will be the crucial liaison between our studio and our clients.
- You’ll manage a diverse portfolio, ensuring projects are on track, on budget, and delivering real commercial results.
- Relationship first: You’ll be the go-to person for our clients, building deep rapport and spotting new opportunities to grow their brands.
- Making things happen: From providing clear briefings to the internal studio, to calmly and efficiently handling project objections, you keep the wheels turning.
- Strategic thinking: You’ll look beyond the brief to understand market trends, competitor landscapes, and the why behind the work.
What you'll bring:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar agency or client-side marketing role.
- A natural ability to build rapport and handle challenging situations with a proactive can-do attitude.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple deliverables without breaking a sweat, using our trusted softwares and systems.
- Knowledgeable about industry relevant strategic and creative principles that move metrics.
