Key Responsibilities
- Acting as a strong, competent shift leader across multiple activities
- Delivering excellent customer service and ensuring high standards throughout the centre
- Undertaking and leading climbing and high ropes sessions (climbing ability essential)
- Operating and supporting laser tag sessions
- Taking responsibility for front‑of‑house tills, guest interactions, and operational duties
- Providing support across all departments and adapting to the business’s needs
- Assisting in the café — café/chef experience is advantageous
- Being a core part of the management team
- Using strong organisation, planning, and IT skills to manage tasks, systems, and operational processes
- Demonstrating a problem‑solving, solution‑finding mindset every single day
- Manage labour ratio within centre targets
