We are a national network of automotive service centres looking for an Assistant Manager.
Location: Vista Park, Telford Way, Telford Way Industrial Estate
About The Role: As an Assistant Manager, you will work alongside the Centre Manager who will train you in all aspects of how to manage the operation, including people, service operations, car count, profit, sales, and administrative duties. This is a hands-on role; you will also spend time in the service bays assisting the team to ensure seamless and timely operations.
Required Minimum:
- Level 2 in light vehicle maintenance.
- Ability to carry out minor fast-fit repairs or servicing as needed.
- Proactive with a positive attitude and a desire to deliver great customer service.
- Sales driven, aiming to meet and exceed financial targets set for the centre.
- Assist the team in building a strong reputation for the brand within the local area.
Required Criteria:
- Level 2 in light vehicle maintenance.
Desired Criteria:
- Automotive service: 2 years (preferred).
- Full Driving Licence (preferred).
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred).
- Management experience: 2 years (preferred).
