Ouster Inc. is seeking a Director, Global People Operations to architect and scale our global People infrastructure.

You will lead the system design, implement compliant processes across offices, and manage a multinational HR operations team reporting to the Chief People Officer.

You will partner with Finance, Legal, and COEs to ensure accurate payroll, benefits, and records for FTEs and international contractors, while driving data-driven HR initiatives across Europe, North America, and APAC.
