As part of Oury Clark’s multidisciplinary professional services firm, you will work closely with Corporate, Tax, Immigration, Insolvency and Accountancy colleagues to deliver commercially intelligent and pragmatic solutions. The work is high quality and varied, the clients are sophisticated, and internal politics are refreshingly absent. - Drafting and advising on employment contracts, service agreements and staff handbooks
- HR advisory support for retained clients
- Corporate support on employment aspects of M&A and restructurings
- Advising on employee incentive arrangements and share schemes (in conjunction with Corporate and Tax teams).
Key Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 5+ years’ PQE in Employment law
- Strong experience advising employer clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters
- Proven ability to run Employment Tribunal litigation independently
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Commercially focused, solution-driven approach
- Confident in managing a significant caseload with minimal supervision
- Experience supporting corporate transactions from an employment perspective
- Enthusiasm for mentoring junior colleagues
- Clear ambition to progress towards partnership
- Experience advising internationally mobile workforces or collaborating with tax/accounting teams would be advantageous.
