Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and organisational support to Equity Partners.
- Manage complex diaries, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings, appointments, and client engagements.
- Coordinate and manage international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, visas, and logistics.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support with expense management, time recording, and billing processes.
- Proactively manage competing priorities and deadlines in a busy environment.
- Assist with event planning and firm-wide administrative initiatives as required.
Skills and Requirements
- Proven experience as a PA, EA, or Team Assistant within professional services (ideally accountancy, legal, or consultancy).
- Strong diary and travel management experience across multiple time zones.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Discreet, adaptable, and confident dealing with senior stakeholders.
